Fear Fall, Power Surge and more

I went to Rainbow's End the other day with my wife and kids, a family day out. Cost a cool $200 plus food (which we took) etc. It was a combined Father's Day and wife's birthday. We had a ball. Did the Fear Fall! We were dared to by the kids. What a buzz. For a second or two I thought I was dead! Hehehe. The feeling of relief was palpable as it slowed. Now this is a big thing for my wife and I; we are both a bit freaked out by heights. But it was a buzz. I recommend it. Challenge yourselves! I didn't think much of the power surge, it was fun, but the nausea was a worry. Rainbow's End needs a makeover too! The roller coaster is fun, but far too short. Anyway, the point is, challenge yourselves to ensure you are alive!

On another note; TV today is rubbish!!!!!!!!

Oh yes, the fear fall. I got given for my birthday last year a jump off the sky tower in that free fall thing. I decided that if I could do the fear fall at Rainbows end, I can do the sky tower jump. I did the fear fall, and can totally understand your feeling of doom when you dropped. In fact, my heart is beating a little faster thinking of the terror! So...to the sky tower, I couldn't do it! Throwing ones self off a tower is not in my top list of things to do! I don't think I'll do the fear fall again either. Rainbows end, it certainly needs a bit of a overhaul, once you've been to Disneyland, nothing ever compares! Good times, fine memories!

Ten Reasons Why A.J. Miller is NOT Jesus!

Note: Forgive me for the long blog, but this one really got me going! Last Sunday night on TV One's Sunday aired the report A.J. The Messiah. The program was the story of A.J. Miller in Queensland in Australia, who, unlike most of us, genuinely believes that he is Jesus. Miller appears at one level to be a normal Aussie bloke, in his early thirties, longish brown hair, unshaven, good looking, articulate and charismatic. For anyone who is interested, I have attached my tribute to Rev Stuart Lange here. He is a legend! It was fun to roast him....
